| Итог: | This research addresses the importance of unstructured material in developing logical-mathematical relationships, as it allows children to learn through hands-on experience with these materials, promoting problem-solving in their daily lives. The general objective is to determine how unstructured material strengthens the development of logical-mathematical relationships in preschool children at Lauro Damerval Ayora Educational Institution in Loja during the 2023-2024 school year. To answer this, a mixed-methods approach was used, alongside a non-experimental research design, and inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic methods. The sample consisted of twenty-one preschool children, to whom the Evamat-0 test was applied. The results showed that 19.05% were in the high zone, 9.52% in the medium zone, and 71.43% in the low zone, with difficulties mainly in counting and recognizing numbers from 1 to 20, identifying shapes and geometric figures, and classifying objects based on their physical characteristics. Based on these results, a proposal was developed with twenty-five activities based on unstructured material, aimed at developing logical-mathematical relationships. It can be concluded that unstructured material offers a wide variety of formats and contents that facilitate flexible, personalized, and up-to-date learning through manipulation and exploration, promoting critical skills, creativity, and collaborative interaction between students and educators. Additionally, it is an accessible and affordable resource that primarily supports logical-mathematical relationships, as it focuses on mathematics and prepares children to function autonomously in their environment.
