| Sažetak: | This research theme : IMPACT OF DIDACTIC RESOURCES IN THE ENGLISH -TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS, IN THE DISTANCE LEARNING LANGUAGE INSTITUTE AT THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF MACHALA, PERIOD 2011-2012. ALTERNATIVE GUIDELINES. Proposed the following objective: To determine the level of impact of the teaching resources application in the Distance Learning Language Institute at the Technical University of Machala, 2011-2012. This is a non-experimental research type, it prioritized the use of methodologies, based on the methods: Inductive, deductive, descriptive survey techniques and interview was also used, as well as instruments as questionnaire, the same were given to 12 teachers and 154 students, from whom the researcher got relevant information. The hypothesis was tested once the results were analized, some alternative guidelines were established to the researched situation. The research process fulfilled the main conclusions which have correspondence to the listed objectives. Results have demonstrated that the application of teaching resources is acceptable, there is a lack of modern teaching resources, there is a reduced use of ICT, teachers have not been trained in the application of modern teaching resources in the teaching-learning process, the Institution does not possess the basic infrastructure for using electronic educational resources, teaching resources used by teachers are discontinued, obsolete and do not meet current training requirements, these aspects together affect in the future professionals´ English learning quality. |
