| Shrnutí: | The present investigation has as propose to know the principal problematic conducts linked to the dysfunctional families with the aim to know the type of family to which the students belong, the type of conduct that they present and establishing the relation between these two variables. This investigation is a descriptive and transverse type with quanti-qualitative approach which uses instruments; as a semi-structured survey, the same one that allowed to know the relations in the families and conducts of the students and the psychological reagents like Familiar APGAR Test, which allows to know the type of family; and the Escalas de Áreas de Conductas-problema to detect problematic conducts in the children. This investigation takes as universe to 600 students who belongs to the educational institution, from them were take 51 students as a sample, 25 students of 5 º year and 26 of 6 º year parallel "B"; after the application of the corresponding psychological reagents; it was possible to obtained that: in 5 ° year 13 students belongs to dysfunctional family this correspond to 52%, in the same way 17 of them present certain type of conduct as: Anxiety 16 %, Hyperactivity/AHD; Aggressiveness and Under School Performance with a similarity of 6 %; Now, about the students of 6 ° year, 16 of them belong to dysfunctional family this corresponds to 62 %, where 16 of them present certain type of conduct as: Anxiety 14 %, Hyperactivity/AHD, Aggressiveness and Social Seclusion /Depression with similarity of 4%, there also was possible to determinate that Under School Performance its present in a 6%.With this it was possible to verify that the above mentioned malfunction influences in a direct way in the behavior and instability in the different areas in which the children are unrolled daily. Finally psychological educative plan was elaborated, directed to the family parents and students; with the purpose of improving the relations inside the family and as well reduce the number of children's cases with problematic conducts.
