Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The study began from the adoption of the Japanese-Brazilian digital television standard that Ecuador officially incorporated in 2010. This work is based on the study of the Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT), and the television standard ISDB -Tb that Ecuador adopted recently, which is applied to capture the information to be used into the implementation of a digital television station at the Universidad Nacional de Loja. This work follows the technical and legal guidelines that are imposed by the Republic of Ecuador through its different regulatory and control departments such as CONATEL and the SUPERTEL This work is divided into different chapters which give information about the digital television and the standard technology that Ecuador is using nowadays. Furthermore, it is presented the legal aspect to obtain a frequency concession. The thesis report presents the final result about the economic, legal and technical studies to provide the largest number of requirements that the Ecuadorian State requested to provide a frequency concession, including coverage analysis for the city of Loja. Additionally, it is presented the methodology used in this work and the results are analyzed. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this study are presented. |
