The general objective of the present investigation is to carry out a feasibility study for the implementation of a bakery company in the parish of Punzara, Loja province, and as a specific objective: To carry out a market study, to provide me with information to determine the demand and supply Of our products. Conduct a technical study to establish the size of the project, location, engineering of the project and the production process. Conduct an administrative study, where you can know the legality of the company, hierarchical levels, organizational charts and function manuals. Carry out a financial study to establish the total investment of the project, production costs, sales prices, projected budgets, breakeven point, profit and loss statements and cash flows. Carry out a financial evaluation to determine the feasibility of the project, by calculating financial indicators like it (NPV) Net Present Value (IRR) Internal Rate of Return, (RBC) Cost Benefit Ratio (PRC) Sensitivity Analysis. 7 The research methods and techniques used were method, inductive method, deductive method, descriptive method, as techniques were used direct observation, the survey was applied to the female population of the Punzara parish to a sample of 371 people the Results were tabulated graphically and interpreted, likewise applied surveys to the offer to 27 bakeries; Data that allowed us to establish the corresponding conclusions and recommendations. In the market study the existing supply and demand was determined, then determined an unsatisfied demand of 7'391,004 loaves for the first year, the installed capacity was determined and the capacity used of the project is 80% only for the first year. With the market study, some marketing techniques were focused on the marketing mix, the 4 p's (product, price, place and promotion) that will allow the future company to position itself in the market of the city of Loja. With the technical study, it was possible to analyze the size and location of the company, the installed and used capacity, as well as the best location within the city, which is located in Barrio Alegria, Conditions for a company of this category can be easily developed. In the administrative study of the company was determined the organic-functional structure of the company with their respective organizational charts and the manual of functions. The company will trade under the corporate name BREAD Baker Company. 8 Ltda., With a shareholders, its mission will be to produce and commercialize bread, to satisfy with quality and competitive prices the demand of the city of Loja. In the financial study, the budget was determined, so as to determine the investment of the project, which is $ 32,844.67. The bread production company will have two types of investments: an internal one that amounts to $ 22,845.67 corresponding to 70 % And with foreign capital or financed through BANECUADOR that amounts to $ 10,000.00 or 30%, the project has a capacity utilization of 80% of its installed capacity giving a total of 1'064,960 loaves a year, with a Annual increase of 5% reaching the last year of life at 100%, total costs for the first year will be $ 102,844.66, which determines a unit cost of $ 0.10 per bread, the profit margin Of 30% what gives a retail price of $ 0.13 and a total income of $ 133,698.06; The breakeven point for the first year based on installed capacity will be at 59.23%, and depending on sales will be at $ 79,191.74. In the evaluation of the project to establish execution, the following indicators were analyzed: Net Present Value of $ 18,325.19; Internal Rate of Return of 36.68%; Cost Benefit ratio is $ 1.24 per dollar invested the company earns 30 cents; Period of Capital Recovery is 1 year, 9 months and 7 days; Sensitivity Analysis indicates that the project supports an increase in costs of 15.15% and sensitivity analysis in the decrease in revenues of 11.65%, which is why the project is sensible and feasible.
