Capacidades motrices y técnicas del voleibol en los alumnos del club de voleibol de la unidad educativa vicente anda aguirre La Dolorosa

The present research work is focused on knowing the motor and technical skills in volleyball among students of the volleyball club at Unidad Educativa Vicente Anda Aguirre “La Dolorosa” period 2015. The research pose the problem of the lack of development of motor abilities that prevents improve the volleyball technique among students of the volleyball club, whose overall objective is to determine the development of the motor abilities to improve the volleyball technique among students of the volleyball club at Unidad Educativa Vicente Anda Aguirre “La Dolorosa”. The revision of the described literature in the variables: motor abilities, techniques of volleyball, adolescent characteristics. The methods used for the purposes of this research were synthetic analysis, inductive- deductive, historical logic. To collect the data I based me in the instruments of, surveys, and physical test, where I could verify little knowledge of the motor abilities, techniques of volleyball, so I came to the following conclusion, that the students of the volleyball club, have a lack of activities, suitable methodological exercises for teaching both the development of motor skills and improving techniques of the volleyball among students of the volleyball club.
