To facilitate my research topic in this thesis entitled: "NEED TO INCORPORATE IN THE LAW OF THE JURISDICTION OF THE CONTECIOSO - CHAPTER ADMINISTRATITVA A LEGAL FORM TO REGULATE THE PRACTICE OF LAW BY THE STATE REPEAT" produced, contrary to what provisions of art. 11, Section 9, paragraph 3, of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. According to the guidelines provided by the internal rules of the National University of Loja, this paper is divided into conceptual framework, where are the definitions of the vocabulary of most use in the treatment of the subject investigated. A Doctrinal frameworks in which scientists take the thoughts of writers and subject criteria is discerned and so warrants, found from the story of her birth to our present to get a perspective on how it has evolved over time and has taken into account to accommodate the new laws. Legal framework, which takes into account the existing articulated research topic concerns the positive law of a country from its Constitution, organic laws, special laws, ordinary laws and regulations. A thumb that is related directly to the experience on this topic have been embroiled professionals who were surveyed and interviewed. To implement this thesis told with both material and human resources that helped me to succeed in my object transformation. Reason more than justified for this research work input elements and objective results.
