With this research work I want to convey to the reader my experience in data collation, comparison of legal texts and judicial records realize if there has been a proper chain of custody in criminal proceedings, from the first moment appears, that is, in recognizing the scene. In all the years of university study, always caught my attention criminal law and criminal practice as a tool to regulate the actions of individuals in a society, and in particular the management of the results of the infringement, its remains the instruments with which he committed it, as required by Penal Code of Integral force; the more that these elements must be collected and preserved for presentation at the trial stage and valued by the criminal courts guarantees. The importance of the subject, has allowed me to overcome and redo this work under the current guidelines of the National University of Loja and present it as a textbook for students and interested in the doctrine and practice of criminal proceedings. |
