Thus in order to present research work, we take into account the University Legislation and the General Standards for Graduation at the National University of Loja therefore Thesis for Master of Business Administration contains the following: This project is headed by the title, which describes the scope of the whole project; Continuing the Summary Spanish and translated into English, where the synopsis of the development of all work is included, for the reader or readers have a clear idea of this project; the introduction in which the importance of the topic, the contribution and the project structure is evident; The literature review which starts with the theoretical background and argues that synthesizes stages of an investment project such as: Market Research, Technical, Organizational and Financial; that have allowed qualitatively and quantitatively analyze whether to undertake an investment project; materials and methods in the various methods, techniques, procedures and materials used in the development of this study are described; For this, the application of a survey to a sample set of the population of the city of Loja: one is applied to the seniors men and women to 65 years concerning the results, tabulation and interpretation of presents information obtained, required to initiate the corresponding project feasibility study; the discussion is the development of the four phases of an investment project such as: The market study allowed us to quantify the demand and supply thus obtaining the opportunity in the market, also the product characteristics are described (Beer Service express) price, place, advertising and these issues propose a business strategy.
