| Sumario: | This project is focused on the creation of a methodology in order to guide everyone to develop a virtual tour efficiently. The RV3D methodology which is created for the development of projects of virtual tours is a series of stages with their respective activities where modelers, designers and users carry out to develop and implement a virtual world. This methodology optimizes the applications development by defining what to do, how and when throughout the development and maintenance of virtual tours projects. It has the feature of being interactive and incremental from the design stage to the testing stage. From a management point of view, The RV3D methodology makes easy the planning, controlling and monitoring tasks in a project, it also improves: the cost / benefit relation, optimizes the use of available resources, facilitates the evaluation of results and achievement of the objectives and takes along effective communication between users and developers. From the point of view of the customer, The RV3D methodology guarantees a high quality final product. And ensures compliance in the timeframe specified in the definition of the project. Finally in order to give an idea of how to apply the RV3D methodology, it was applied in the simulation of the University Park Francisco Vivar Castro belonging to the Universidad Nacional de Loja. The model was created according to several photos taken around the different paths that comprise it. To conclude, the software allows exploring freely throughout the park, this is due to its development in the Virtual Reality VRML language, quite the same realism that simulates the movement around the facilities and trails in the park. |
