Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de servicios de asesoría (de procesos de selección, elaboración de manuales y capacitación en área técnica) para las empresas del cantón Quevedo

This is a feasibility study which provides guidelines for implementing a service business advisory selection processes, development of manuals and training in technical area for companies in the Canton Quevedo. The research was applied to existing businesses in the said Canton, both public and private, so he had to make a survey and a sample of it resulting in 131 surveys applied was obtained, plus surveys were conducted at three competitors environment. The methodology used in this thesis project was the inductive, deductive, descriptive and analytical further survey techniques and direct observation method. The results obtained in the market study were: 89% potential demand equivalent to 117 companies Quevedo Canton real demand 88% equivalent to 103 companies, effective annual demand of 94% equivalent to 97 companies need these recruitment processes preparation of manuals and training in technical area for companies in Quevedo that conflict with an annual supply of 54 services provided by competitors and an annual unmet demand for consulting services 281 theme human talent. On the technical study found that working at 100% of the installed capacity up to 96% may offer services a year, but for the 1st year will be used only 85% of installed capacity therefore may offer up to 82 services counseling on issues of human talent. Regarding the financial study found that need to invest in fixed assets $ 13,333.90. Deferred assets $ 1,180.80 and $ 3,162.70 need in current assets for the first month of operation of the project, giving a total investment of $ 17,677.40; the sale price plus service giving an average value of $ 376.91 for the first year, multiplied by selling services that may be offered annually (82 advisory services), giving a total income of $ 52,013 was obtained, 75. The balance point is located in the first year when sales reach $ 36,290.46 and with an installed capacity of 69.77%. The financial evaluation, the result of VAN resulted 9666.19, the result of TIR was 34.37%, Benefit Cost Ratio is at 1.31 Recovery Capital will be in a year, ten months and thirty days and finally with the sensitivity analysis it was determined that the project is not sensitive to increased costs to a 15.52% and a decrease in their income up 11.87%. By the results it has been determined that there is unmet demand for counseling services selection processes manuals and training in technical area for them Quevedo Canton companies also concluded that this project is feasible to do one hundred percent
