Cumplimiento del manejo farmacológico en pacientes preeclámpticas de acuerdo a protocolos del MSP del Ecuador, en el servicio de Emergencia del HIAL, periodo junio-noviembre del 2015.

The present Qualitative, Descriptive and Retrospective research work entitled: “Compliance of the pharmacological management in preeclamic patients according to protocols of the Ministry of Public Health of Ecuador, in the HIAL emergency service, period June - November of 2015, it is aimed to check the integral management according to mother-and-child regulation of the Ministry of Public Health of the Ecuador, in the pregnant woman suffering from preeclampsia.. Therefore, the objectives are: To observe the use and administration of the correct dose of alphamethyldopa and nifedipine. To verify the use and administration of the correct dose of nifedipine and hydralazine in the management of a hypertensive emergency. To confirm the use and administration of the correct dose of hydralazine in the management of the hypertensive emergency of patients with preeclampsia with persistent diastolic blood pressure> 110 mmHg. To identify the administration of magnesium sulfate as a prevention from eclampsia; and to verify the correct compliance of pharmacological management in patients with preeclampsia according to the Ministry of Public Health protocols in the HIAL emergency service. The following results were obtained: The total sample was 40 pregnant women from the beginning of June 2015, until the end of November of the same year. on whom the Data Collection Sheet was applied to determine that: Of the 40 cases studied hydralazine and nifedipine were used in the treatment of hypertensive emergency, and magnesium sulfate to prevent eclampsia, they complied 100% with the management protocol on hypertensive disorders; nifedipine was used in the outpatient management of preeclampsia, which keeps a percentage of correct compliance in 76% of cases.
