| Sažetak: | This project presents the design and simulation of a crushing machine for recycling of bottles of glass made mainly for a hammer mill. In the section of literature review, there are all the contents that help to the sustenance of the research made in the present job. It development is based in the analysis and calculations for the design crusher prototype that uses for committing a hammer mill and it has as main objective mash up bottles of glass, it will save area for its storage, gathering and transport for its late reuse in the elaboration in different products of glass. In the design of the components mechanics of the machine, it was taken in mind considerations of the static analysis, of efforts and fatigue, to which the machine components are subjected. During the process of the design and calculation of the elements of the crushing machine, it was selected the materials recommended for the building of the same, in addition, it was determined the parameter for potency for its working (5hp), capacity (2ton/h), the type of transmission of potency by strips in V, the dimensions and geometry of the different components of the machine, object of the study. The researcher made technical drawings of the prototype of crusher where it is specified its dimensions, details, and respective materials recommended for its construction. |
