| 總結: | This research was conducted at the “Quinta Experimental "Punzara" of the National University of Loja, in order to evaluate the effect of a supplementary ration with the 30% of pulp of fermented coffee during the growth stage - fattening of mongrel sheep in grazing. The work was carried out for 90 days, with 20 mongrel sheep from 6-8 months old with an average weight of 20 kg (± three), divided into two experimental groups using a randomized design completely with 10 animals respectively; each animal was an experimental unit. The Fermentation of the pulp was carried out for a period of 72 hours, with the addition of 10% of sugarcane juice, 1.5% of urea and 0.5% of mineral salts; after drying and grinding, the ration was elaborated with the 30% of coffee pulp, 30% of sugarcane, 15% of corn, 18% of soy, 6.5 % of alfalfa flour and 0.5 % of mineral salts, which it was provided to animals in an amount equal to 30% of daily consumption prior to a period of adaptation for a time of 15 days. The variables evaluated were: Chemical composition of grass and experimental ration, food intake, weight gain, food conversion, carcass yield, sanguineous indicators (biometrics hematic, sanguineous chemical) profitability and relationship cost /benefit. The results showed a higher intake of MS, daily gain of weight, food conversion, carcass yield and profitability in the T one (with supplementation) with: 998,1g / MS / animal / day, 65.4 g / animal / day; 15.3; 36.2% and 22.3% respectively. It is concluded that nutritional supplementation helps to improve the nutritional regimen (the diet), productive and economic indicators of mongrel sheep in grazing. |
