Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The main objective of the research is to determine the impact of the Dry Forest Partnership through the implementation of strategic actions in the strengthening and institutional development of the associated municipalities in the period 2014 and 2015. Three specific objectives were set out to identify "the strategic actions that the Bosque Seco mancomunidad implemented in the associated municipalities during the 2014 and 2015" periods, "also to determine the institutional sectors that need more attention in the associated municipalities by The Commonwealth "and finally to carry out an" analysis of the budget destined to projects of strengthening and institutional development to the associated municipalities by part of the mancomunidad ". After analyzing each of the results, it was possible to identify the 3 main strategic actions that the Dry Forest mancomunidad implemented in the municipalities associated with it, as well as determining that the technological, legal and economic institutional sectors are those that need more attention In the municipalities by the mancomunidad and finally that 97% of the staff does not know the budget that destines its municipality to the commonwealth. After having known these results, the Bosque Seco community is expected to implement more strategic actions focused mainly on citizen participation and a strategic plan for sustainable tourism, a sector in which the community can be strengthened. The technological, legal and economic sectors can improve in the future. It is also necessary to socialize with more effective measures on the budgetary contribution allocated by municipalities to the Commonwealth. The present work is elaborated under the provisions of the Regulation of the Academic Regime of the National University of Loja and of the Guidelines for the presentation of the Final Thesis Report of the Public Administration Career. |
