Proyecto de factibilidad para la implementación de una empresa procesadora y comercializadora de pollos en la ciudad de Zamora, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, para el año 2015

The present study was conducted focusing on the overall target previously raised in the draft, ie determine the commercial feasibility of implementing a processing and marketing company of chickens in the city of Zamora province of Zamora Chinchipe. For this purpose based methods such as inductive, and deductive Statistical analysis was performed. In addition to the application of research techniques such as direct observation and implementation of surveys of households consuming chicken meat in Zamora, resulting in 375 surveys. After analyzing the surveys of consumer families chicken meat could be performed market research with which it was determined that there is an effective demand of 405.483 pounds of chicken against an offer of 182.400 pounds of tendered chicken in city of Zamora. With what could determine unmet demand for 222.845 pounds of chicken meat in that city. With technical study it determined that the installed capacity of the plant can be 192.000 pounds of chicken a year. However, the company in its first year of operation will start with 85% of its installed capacity, ie it will produce 163.200 pounds of chicken. The plant will be located in the Tunantza neighborhood, according to the application microlocalization matrix was found to have the highest rating compared to other proposed location. With the project engineering the production process chicken processing was established. In the administrative organization it was established that the company was created as a Limited Liability Company, so its name is "Don PolloCia. Ltda." With financial study it was determined the amount of the initial investment for the start of operations of the company and its financing $ 56,131,65 dollars of the United States of America will be 30% with equity contributions from the partners and 70% with bank credit. The financial evaluation produced the following results: the net present value of the project is greater than one and positive, so according to this variable is accepted the project. The internal rate of return of this project is 17,90%, higher than the cost of capital is 10,47% figure, thus according to the evaluation criteria for the project is feasible realization. Invested capital is recovered in 1 years, 10 months and 27 days shorter than the useful life of the project is 10 years time, therefore it is concluded that the project is feasible. According to the rate of benefit-cost ratio, the company recovered twenty cents for each dollar invested in the project. Finally, according to the latest evaluation criteria, with sensitivity analysis by setting a 12,68% increase in their costs and 10,55% in the revenues, the result is positive so the project is feasible to do. As the study of environmental and social impact in order to mitigate risks regarding damage that may result to the environment was also carried out. Therefore based on the criteria of financial evaluation concludes that the project implementation is feasible.
