Тойм:This research deals with the problem if canceled or not the wage established in the current salary table allocated for social communicator entitled, in this case working in the private radio stations of the city of Loja, by managers media; the Ministry of Labour Relations, the lack of an agreement between workers and employers set wages in an amount of 817 and $ 900 for qualified journalists. Various methods and techniques was used as the main tools to make research as inductive, deductive scientific method so the interview, the survey, observation and more. The objectives, general and specific, were verified by the results of field research through interviews of the journalists argue that the new wage rates are positive but do not apply to private radio stations. The main recommendations are raised for owners and managers of private radio stations in the city of Loja, so that the wage for professional journalists is respected and so protect the interests of both the medium and the communicator, thus avoiding exploitation and labor desertion. An alternative proposal arises, by conducting a forum to socialize wages must perceive graduates journalists and rights that are owed respect, hoping to raise awareness among owners and managers.
