It is a qualitative research, the exploratory method is used to investigate and obtain knowledge regarding the object of study; The information gathering is carried out through the exploration and identification of the ten videos of this production with the greatest number of views on the Facebook platform, then, through the observation technique, the production is analyzed by means of observation tables, that include aspects of the fundamental narrative and technical elements in a production process. The information is analyzed and contrasted with what was obtained through the application of a structured interview with the director of the production and an external producer, to formulate a proposal that serves as a guide in the process of producing videos of reflection stories in the field. narrative and technical It is identified that this production does not have the management of rigorously supervised technical and narrative elements, the lack of directions or instruments in these areas affects the quality of the product, so it is concluded that the impact of this production on the public attends to factors oblivious to the quality of the audiovisual product and focuses rather on the characteristics of the protagonist and the social morbidity that it generates.
