INCLUIR EN EL CÓDIGO ORGÁNICO INTEGRAL PENAL, LA REINCIDENCIA DE LAS CONTRAVENCIONES EN LOS CASOS DE VILENCIA INTRAFAMILIAR

Domestic violence can be physical, psychological or sexual, through which the perpetrator seeks to impose its will on others, which make up a family. These types of violence often go against women, children, adolescents and elderly people, who are apparently vulnerable and likely to suffer any serious or imminent. The abuse in the family, back eradicated, it has evolved, so much so that today, in the criminal codification, are punished as crimes and misdemeanors with penalties according to the magnitude of the aggression. The recurrence of the violation of violence against women or members of the household, is remarkable, since the attackers repeatedly abuse their victims, so, there is no specific legislation which sanctions these attitudes, getting destabilize the home, consequently causing negative reactions in sufferers. This becomes one of the most important issues in the country , as though implementing policies , programs and sanctions for its eradication , has not been able to meet fully the objectives, rather the aggressor continued mistreating with excessive quemimportismo , reaching committed more serious crimes. 5 Domestic violence is an issue that must be treated carefully by the public and private authorities, considering it is the antisocial attitude, which begins the discord among family members.
