PROYECTO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA ESCUELA DE DANZA CLÁSICA – CONTEMPORÁNEA EN EDADES COMPRENDIDAS ENTRE LOS CUATRO Y QUINCE AÑOS EN LA CIUDAD DE LOJA”.

In the city of Loja, there is a diversity of dance and choreography academies, which offer courses and workshops related to the dance field. These workshops are very well received by children and young people from Loja, that is why it is necessary to implement a Professional Dance Training School, where children and young people can develop their artistic qualities and attitudes in a professional manner, as such reason, the present project was developed in the city of Loja, having as main objective to determine the "FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A SCHOOL OF CLASSICAL DANCE - CONTEMPORARY AT AGES COMPRISED BETWEEN FOUR AND FIFTEEN YEARS IN THE CITY OF LOJA", as well as for the complete analysis of the project it is required to carry out the specific objectives, such as: market study, technical study, financial study and finally the evaluation of the project. For the project research methods were used as the deductive method that helped in the description of the general background of the service to be offered and the market to be covered, however, the inductive method allowed to perform the market study to know tastes and preferences; In addition, techniques such as interview, direct observation and the survey were applied to the families of the city of Loja, urban population, for which, the data provided by the INEC, whose urban population in the city was taken as a reference de Loja, is 170280 inhabitants, with a growth rate of 2.65%. Within the results, the market study where the demand was established was carried out; being able to obtain the unsatisfied demand that is 807413 people for the first year, then the marketing plan is established, determination of the price, place and promotion of the service. In the technical study the size that has to do with the capacities is detailed, being that the capacity used of the company is 2000 annual services, the location of the plant that will be located in Avn. Orillas del Zamora, between Juan de Salinas and Clodoveo Carrión, Las Palmeras neighborhood, of the Loja ridge, later the project's engineering was carried out, consisting of technical requirements such as equipment, facilities, furniture and fixtures and the organizational design based on the aspects Legal aspects of the company, organization and function manuals. The financial study indicates the investment needed to implement the project, which is $ 10083.95. 5 Finally, the financial evaluation was carried out, for which the following indicators were analyzed: Net Present Value of $ 53,781.38; Internal Rate of Return of 115.48%; Benefit Ratio Cost is $ 1.74 that for each dollar invested the company earns 0.74 cents; Period of Capital Recovery is 1 year, 3 months and 3 days; Sensitivity analysis indicates that the project supports an increase in costs of 46% giving a total of 0.99% and sensitivity analysis with decrease in revenues of 28% giving a total of 0.99% for which the project it is feasible, whose conclusions and recommendations so determine, attaching the bibliography consulted with their respective annexes.
