DISEÑO DE LA FINCA AGROTURÍSTICA BELLA VISTA, MEDIANTE LA ELABORACIÓN DEL PLAN DE NEGOCIOS, PARA DIFUNDIR EL AGROTURISMO EN LA PARROQUIA EL DORADO, CANTÓN FRANCISCO DE ORELLANA, PROVINCIA DE ORELLANA

Tourism in the world and the country has had a broad development. Francisco de Orellana canton has in the parish of El Dorado and tourist attractions, new experiences in tourism, agro-tourism, which has much potential growth. The work is on the development of the agrotourism, exactly the design of the farm agrotourist Bella Vista. Design is established since cultural practices and agroforestry and forestpasture deployed in the North of the Ecuadorian Amazon, to improve the design also signage to be used. Agroproductives components, natural or conservation, space tourism and infrastructure are established within the design. Subsequently, basis uses the Business Plan, based on strategic analysis and theory development and evaluation of projects, to determine the feasibility of the proposal. Finally, sets a design plan of outreach for El Dorado parish, based on the communication theory and found bibliographical information. Between them results obtained is achieved a design agritourism compatible with the production of the North of the Amazon Ecuadorian, and on the base of them main products agricultural and livestock and of the knowledge of them plants timber and not timber, of the use of it conservation and of it infrastructure of the estate. In the business plan is achieved to get the feasibility to carry out the proposal. And the broadcasting tourist to improve the knowledge of the tourism in the parish. Finally, it is concluded that the proposal is feasible, that agro-tourism is an important source of tourism development and promoting and disseminating tourism promotes the growth.
