Yhteenveto:The next project entitled "Feasibility study for the creation of a company advertising services through a web page, for private enterprise in the city of Loja ." This aims to determine the feasibility of it, based on market research, technical, economic and financial. The methods used for the development of the research were : inductive and deductive method that allowed them based on the results establish general and specific aspects corroborating the need to implement this company , also the techniques used: the survey and the interview, which allowed them to gather information that allowed us to corroborate the objectives about web advertising . The results of the research are: The market determines the potential of the project in 2013 1715 companies demand, the actual demand is 1338 enterprises and effective demand is 1311 companies. Technical Study which is based on the installed capacity is 720 s / y capacity used 480 s / a which represents a 70 % for the first year, the geographic location of the company will be in the City of Loja in the Sector The Theban streets between Chile and Bolivia Mexico which is in a strategic location and available to our applicants. The economic-financial study allowed us to determine the amount of investment, which is 11,995.66, which is 60% equity and 40% 7197.40 is the capital Order 4798.26 that is funded by the BNF. The breakeven point for year 1 based on sales is 39987.00 and the installed capacity is 68 % and for year 5 as a function of sales is 47411.00 and the installed capacity is 62 %. In the financial evaluation, the following results were determined: The Income Statement reflects the net income in the first year is $ 8,772.46 and for the fifth year is $ 13,149.74. The cash flow for the first year is $ 10,202.60 and for the fifth year is $ 25,742.91. The Net Present Value (NPV) is $ 42,681.20. The internal rate of return is 23.47%. The Capital Recovery Period (PRC) is achieved in 1 year, 1 month and 13 days. The cost benefit ratio (CBR) $ 1.38 , meaning that for every dollar invested will earn 0.38 cents; sensitivity analysis supports the proposed changes both increased costs by 6% and decreased revenues by 4% , and therefore is sensitive to changes. In the conclusions we find the most important synthesis of the results of the research work, likewise the respective recommendations necessary for further implementation arises.
