Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | The present investigation has as main objective to Contribute the invigoration of the PATTERN OF INTEGRAL ATTENTION OF THE COMMUNITY NATIONAL SYSTEM OF FAMILY HEALTH AND INTERCULTURAL in the Hospital Universitario de Motupe, contributing with statistical and data that will allow to the Basic Teams of Health - EAIS (Teams of Integral Attention of Health) to formulate local proposals of health, spread to improve the quality of life of the community of the Salapa Alto Sector III and IV. The universe was constituted by 65 families and 228 inhabitants, the present investigation is of descriptive type, in which facts and characteristic related with the population and its environment are detailed, the instrument for the gathering of information was the family record elaborated by MSP and an annex to this record, the interview form allowed to complete the information, it was also analyzed the data, obtaining results that they will serve as base line. Among the most relevant data we have male sex is the most prevalent, the level of outstanding education is the Basic 7 Illiterate whom are heads of households were found, as school children and adolescents is important to mention that all are within the normal range and most nutrition studies, in terms of sexually active women, the rhythm method is the most widely used family planning. Regarding the epidemiological profile is known that arterial hypertension is the most prevalent chronic disease affecting aged 65 years and over, degenerative diseases found between gastric cancer and with regard to the most outstanding disability disabilities are intellectual and physical. Research bibliography and appendices which involves the development of it is supported. The investigation is supported with bibliography and annexes that it contemplates the development of the same one. Keywords: Community of Health Diagnosis, Model of Integrated Health Care. |
