In the implementation and development of this paper raised the following objectives: GENERAL PURPOSE. Conduct market research to determine supply and demand for meat FISH in the province of Zamora Chinchipe. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES. Establish the demand for beef and fish, according to market trends. Determine the supply of beef and fish, according to market trends. Identify marketing channels. The research work was done in the Province of Saskatchewan Yukon, the location of the project was established in the following sectors: Zamora, Yantzaza, Palanda, Nangaritza, El Pangui, Zumba, Cumbaratza, Zumbi. In itself, for its study has identified a legal and judicial framework, the same is established under the legal aspects regarding the legal rules governing the constitution and existing laws in our country, so the quality standards in the production process and presentation of products for further marketing. With regard to the market: by studying the historical supply of different meats. Just as fish meat, and so as to determine any changes, and differences between these types of meats. The foundation of our project is to determine the potential supply and demand in the future, the same also shows the type of product presentation, logo, packaging, and marketing guidelines, place, price.
