PROYECTO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA IMPLEMENTACION DE UNA EMPRESA INDUSTRIALIZADORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA DE CHICHA DE LINAZA EN LA CIUDAD DE LOJA

This work was carried out in order to carry out a PROJECT OF FACTIBILITY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INDUSTRIALIZING COMPANY AND COMERCIALIZADORA OF CHICHA DE LINAZA IN THE CITY OF LOJA, through the use of market studies, technical , legal and administrative, and finally the financial economic. To collect the information, the method of data collection was used where through a survey it was known the tastes and preferences, the habit of consumption and the amount of potential claimants, among other variables; as well as allowing the competition, its prices, presentations, quantity to be analysed; and finally, suppliers were analyzed to find out the amount of raw material, delivery time, guarantees among others. After applying the harvesting techniques it became apparent that there is a market to promote the linaza chicha, since it will have a good acceptance by the potential claimants and in the absence of direct competition for the drink, the companies that were they dedicate to the production and marketing of natural beverages, thus obtaining the calculated unmet demand of the difference between demand and supply, where it recorded an unmet demand for 2,294,925 liters of linseed chicha. As for the raw material is easy to acquire since the flaxseed is harvested in the parish of Chuquiribamba located 40 minutes from the city of Loja, with affordable prices and good quality, so it is a point to make the production of the linseed chicha with a used capacity of 250 liters per 2 processes during the 8 hours of work according to the law thus producing 33% of the installed capacity and with a market share in the first year of 2.50%. The company shall be constituted under the limited liability company regime, with a number of 3 partners, 1 manager, 1 secretary, 1 accountant, 1 auxiliary, 1 driver/seller, 1 head of production and 2 workers. It is also detailed that the location of the company will be in the 5 neighborhood "Los Operadores" south of the city, since it is easily accessible and has all the basic services necessary for the operation of it. In the financial economic study, the budget was made for the assets to be used for the optimal operation of the company with the fixed assets amounting to a total of $21,422.30, the deferred asset with a total of $3,550.00 and the current asset with a value of $11,755.24, adding up the three assets results in the investment of the project with a value of $36,727.54, being financed 40% by an external source and 60% by the divided equity for the 3 partners.In terms of the financial assessment, the net present value was calculated with the TMAR of 17.90%, which yielded a positive value, the internal rate of return at a rate of 62.67%, the recovery period of the capital will be in 2 years, 6 months and 3 days , the cost-benefit ratio where $0.31 will be earned for $1.00 invested, and the cost-increasing sensitivity analysis by 15.43%, and in the decrease in revenue will bear an 11.80% decrease. Having completed each of the studies and carried out the financial evaluation, it is concluded that the project is profitable so it is feasible for its implementation.
