הוספת תג | סיכום: | The aim of the research was to determine the fulfillment of tuberculosis treatment on suffering people, patients of healthcare centers in Napo province. There were made an inquest and observation techniques for 40 patients, then its instruments: a questionary and an observation’s guide respectively. The investigation design was fixed transversal, descriptive, bibliographical and on field. The research gave the next results: the population age with tuberculosis goes from 51-70 years old (45%), prevails male sex (70%), the indigenous ethnic group is the largest (75%); rural provenance (67.5%); prevails primary education (70%); the main economic activity is agriculture (75%). The level of compliance of the treatment is medium (77.5%), pharmacological treatment is executed on 90%. Nutritional treatment is not fulfilled on 87.5%; 37.5% of patients do sports, 85% drink alcohol, 90% smoke cigarettes. The cause of noncompliance of the treatment relies on bad nutrition (37.5%). It has been concluded the level of compliance of the treatment is medium (77.5%), the principal causes of noncompliance of the treatment are bad nutrition (37.5%) followed by ignorance (10%). It was done by the author as an intervention plan: education activities, practical workshops, home visits, giving triptychs and pamphlets. |
