Sumari:Teacher management enhances the pedagogical process by coordinating actions and resources around educational objectives. This study sought to determine the relationship between pedagogical management of teachers and the teaching-learning process in the subject of Physics at Bachillerato General Unificado. The research, with a mixed approach and descriptive scope, had a documentary and field design; the bibliographic review’s method with the fiching technique and instruments such as: search log, bibliographic and subject matter cards allowed obtaining information that was contrasted with data obtained through observation and survey, by means of classroom observation’s cards, questionnaire and documentary analysis’ card. Their application showed a high level of compliance with the dimensions of pedagogical management and its relationship with the teaching-learning process, although there are guidelines that aren’t met in the planning, making it difficult to execute the teaching-learning process and support development of students.
