| Gaia: | The excessive use of technological devices leads to eating disorders and physical inactivity, contributing to the imbalance of health, putting life at risk; the objective of the present work is to determine the nutritional status and physical activity in relation to the use of technological devices in the students of the Careers of the Facultad de la Salud Humana of the UNL is a descriptive and cross-sectional study; considering a sample of 305 students. As a tool, a structured questionnaire with multiple-choice closed questions was used, through the SPSS, the data analysis was performed, that were presented in simple frequency tables in Microsoft Excel. The 46% of the students are in an age range of 22-24 years, comprising the 62% of the female sex and 38% of the male sex. Regarding the body mass index, 39.34% are overweight, and a lower percentage of 5.25% are underweight. The 73.3% don't perform physical activity, however the 26.7% practice sports, dedicating an average time of 30 minutes to an hour once a week. The technological devices are used in a 99%, highlighting the computer 35% and the cell phone 35%, with an average of more than two hours a day. When establishing the relationship between the use of technological devices with nutritional status and physical activity it was found that 67.8% of the population suffer from eating disorders, while 88.85% don´'t exercise, with 61.97% predominating in the female sex.
