| Итог: | Restorative dentistry attempts to improve its physical, mechanical and aesthetic properties in composite resins, including more than one type of inorganic filler particles, to confer mechanical qualities to the material, to resist masticatory forces in anterior and posterior teeth. The aim was to determine the compressive strength of three nanohybrid composite resins, Bulk Fill, which correspond to Filtek ™ 3M, Tetric EvoCeram-Ivoclar Vivadent and Admira Fusion X-tra-Voco stored in distilled water at 37o for 24 h. Materials and Methods: an in vitro, cross-sectional and comparative study was carried out, for which 60 cylindrical samples of 4x8 mm were divided into 3 groups with 20 samples in each. The data obtained and statistically analyzed showed that the compressive strength of Filtek ™ Bulk Fill resin had an average 51,964MPa, minimum 18.30MPa and maximum 85.15 MPa. On the other hand, Tetric® Evo-Ceram Bulk Fill resin had an average 111,607 MPa, minimum 77, 19 MPa and maximum 185, 42 MPa. Finally, the Admira Fusion X-tra Bulk Fill resin had an average 99.273 MPa, minimum 62.87 MPa and maximum 139.26 MPa. In conclusion, we have that Tetric Evo-Ceram resin has a higher compressive strength compared to the other resins evaluated. Keywords: compressive strength, nanohybrid resins, Bulk Fill. |
