Özet:This project was developed in the company PETROECUADOR, whose deposit is located in the canton Catamayo, St. Joseph parish in America Avenue and Calle Zamora. The tank started its activities in 1980, allowing it to cover the southern part of Ecuador that comprise the provinces of Loja, Zamora Chinchipe and upper reaches of Gold At the warehouse or terminal comprises three activities including: receiving products, storage and shipping and marketing. Petroecuador is an integrated state company, which is governed by the LOSEP that is who regulates the activities of public enterprises. The purpose of Petroecuador is to generate resources for development of the Ecuadorian population through efficient exploitation of hydrocarbons existing in our land, within a framework of respect and protection of the environment according to the policies established by the government and under the existing legal framework. Like any business, the efficient management of its staff allows for a perfect human talent to fulfill their organizational culture, which is why it was thought appropriate and necessary to perform this study on talent management in the company Petroecuador deposit Catamayo. The talent management is aimed at all aspects of recruitment, selection, hiring, induction, training, motivation, and also to determine the relative value of each position in front of others, by assessing number of points and know the weaknesses of the staff through the performance evaluation of employees. Therefore, it has seen fit to carry out this research developed in order to meet and determine how to carry out the management of human resources in the deposit of Catamayo. Based on several methods such as scientific, inductive, deductive and various information gathering techniques through a survey that was directed to interview fifteen employees and addressed to the coordinator of the deposit. Relevant information was gathered, it was analyzed, thus known as carried out by the management and handling of human talent in the company. The efficient human resource management can use its full capacity, therefore, for the development of this work was based on theoretical grounds, that indicate the most suitable procedures for personnel administration such as recruitment, selection of staff using tools such as resume, interview, test and other, and similarly, how to carry out the recruitment and induction of new members. So too the use of job evaluation by points and performance evaluation. From the information gathered, it was learned the existing lack of motivation. Motivation is an important factor in the performance of employees and that this contributes to positive attitudes, atmosphere of peaceful coexistence, generates optimism, identity and empowerment with the company, very dynamic and therefore personal and professional satisfaction. Achievement also determine that the tank does not have a manual functions, plus the lack of job evaluation points, as well as a performance evaluation as to show and raise the human resource development at the firm. With all this study, it was determined that several positions needed wage adjustment and the great importance of developing a motivational plan for employees. In addition we could detect that the company needed the application of performance evaluation to determine who and when they need training to raise their performance levels. If the company has a policy of ongoing training for organizational staff, then you will be enhancing their skills and abilities to perform efficiently and effectively, therefore, human talent is the backbone and common denominator to achieve quality of service can provide an organization or company.
