| Zusammenfassung: | The problems that adolescents face today in relation to their sexual and reproductive health include risky sexual behavior, unwanted pregnancies at an early age and the acquisition of sexually transmitted infections among others. One of the specific goals of the Sustainable Development related to health, is to guarantee universal access to sexual and reproductive health services by 2030, including family planning, information and education, and the integration of reproductive health in strategies and national programs. With the purpose of contributing to adolescents having greater knowledge about sexual and reproductive health, the elaboration of the present investigative work was carried out, whose purpose is to determine knowledge about sexual and reproductive health in adolescents of the Chichis community, Bellavista parish, canton Paquisha, it was carried out an exploratory, descriptive and prospective study, a sample of 70 adolescents was obtained to whom an interview was applied, it was determined that the degree of knowledge on sexual and reproductive health that adolescents of the Shuar community Chichis possess is that 65.74% know about these aspects and 65.1% said they have knowledge about family planning.
