FEASIBILITY PROJECT FOR THE CREATION OF A PROCESSING PLANT, Packer and marketer PITAHAYA JUICE FOR THE CITY OF LOJA: To start with the study of this project, a research topic called raised. Also it includes the summary makes particular reference to each point of this work also consists of an introduction, where the most important aspects of the study, also for the realization of this research is highlighted methods, techniques and procedures whereby research were used , develop and test the veracity of the project. The methods used were: Deductive, which allowed based on the theoretical concepts associated with this project feasibility, apply them in the development of market research, technical, administrative and financial. Descriptive, by this method is able to analyze each and every one of the parts of the process for the development and marketing of dragon fruit juice. The following techniques are applied: Note: interesting was carried out at present the production process the juice. Survey: was applied to a representative sample of the inhabitants of the parishes Valley, San Sebastian, Sucre and the tabernacle, for which was based on the population of the city of Loja, which according to statistics of the INEC in 6 the year 2010 the city had 170,280 inhabitants and an average growth of 2.65% so that the total population for 2015 was 194,070 inhabitants, this divided to four members per family gives us a total of 48,518 families, then the mathematical formula was applied and the size of the sample, which resulted in 381 surveys that were carried out to the families of the canton Loja was obtained. Subsequently, the market study, with data collected through surveys proceeded to make the tabulation was performed using this information it was determined that the project is feasible to implement it, according to data from a lawsuit was obtained effective dragon fruit juices 1,415,502. The installed capacity used and will cover 35.27% of effective demand. Then the project engineering flowcharts determining the characteristics of operation and management, technical requirements such as equipment, facilities, furniture and enceres developed. Likewise an administrative study determined as a Limited Liability Company, and functional organizational structure as hierarchical levels are performed; Legislative Level Advisory Level, Level Auxiliary Support, Operational Level, as well as operating manuals, flowcharts served as a guideline for implementing a good organization. The investment reaches an amount of $ 32,893.20, of which 69.60% will be equity and bank loan will be 30.60%. The financial evaluation presents the 7 following results: according to the NPV of this project gives us a positive value of $ 20,476.04 US dollars, indicating that the project or investment is suitable. For this project, the IRR is 36.99%, and this satisfactory value for the project, the capital recovery time is 3 years, 2 months and 15 days; that for every dollar invested company earn 0.08 cents, and for the sensitivity analysis values are less than one, so the project does not affect changes in costs and revenues increased 3.79% and decreased in a 7.97% respectively, ie the project is not sensitive to these changes. Based on the results, it is recommended to start the project as it will give significant returns for its investors and generates a productive development for investors and socio-economic development for the city of Loja. |
