The general objective is to generate the active participation of patients in hypertensive diabetics club university hospital to Motupe physical exercise to improve their health. And Assess specific objectives are to determine the exercise and its process in the practice of physical exercise in patients with hypertension Club diabetics Motupe university hospital to improve physical health and establish an alternative proposal. The investigated population was established for 50 patients of hypertensive diabetics club Motupe university hospital. The main methods in which this research was based were scientific method; Hypothetical Deductive Method; Analytic-Synthetic Method; Descriptive Method and Statistical Method The techniques were applied Observation and Survey. Finally clear and relevant results are obtained among the most important are changes in lifestyle Healthy habits can serve to control high blood pressure. 25% of patients since being diagnosed hypertension his health is good; 50% of patients in the Diabetic Hypertensive Club Motupe University Hospital diagnosed hypertension since his health has been regular and 25% of patients their health has been bad since being diagnosed with hypertension. |
