Riassunto:The application of this thesis work was carried out with the purpose of implementing an accounting process to organize the company in an accounting manner and thus improve decision making, as the basis for this is the preparation of the Financial Statements; Which were executed in a way that complied with the presentation of the development of the same complying with the structure according to the requirements and regulations of the National University of Loja, to obtain the title of Engineering in Accounting and Auditing. At the end of the thesis, it was initially fulfilled with the objectives proposed in the thesis project, in addition to working with the respective accounting process with the support of the operations carried out with the help of the annexes in the first instance, which were elaborated on the basis To the source documentation, sequentially ordered and in groups of expenses and income, the opening of the plan and manual of accounts to then lift the Initial Inventory with which the State of Initial Situation was subsequently elaborated, and with source documents such as Maintenance invoices were drawn up the Daily Book scoring operations chronologically, the One General Ledger for each account, and the Check Balance, The Worksheet which was of great help in recording the relevant adjustments; And this is followed by the preparation of the Financial Statements, in accordance with current accounting standards. Finally, the drafting of the conclusions and recommendations, which allow the termination of the present work, is developed so that the owner will have a business organized in an accounting manner and taking full advantage of the available resources.
