Ամփոփում:A key objective of this work is to demonstrate how process management can be used as a systemic approach to identifying, understanding, and increasing the value added by processes. Through the diagramming of the subprocesses and procedures for the development of undergraduate teaching at the National University of Loja, the strategy can be fulfilled by raising the level of user satisfaction. The research was based on qualitative approach through the observation of non-quantifiable narrative data; likewise, it was based on the non-experimental design of descriptive type. In the results, positive and negative aspects were diagnosed, where the main difficulties in the Teaching Coordination and in the aforementioned subprocess were determined, being urgent to attend to optimize time in its development; in the same way, each activity and procedure within the subprocess was specified, obtaining as a result a manual of the subprocess for Teaching Coordination. Once socialized with the authorities, it is sought to be approved and applied via administrative resolution. This is so that the department and institution achieve an efficient, effective and effective administration in the activities that are developed.
