Las estrategias metodológicas para el desarrollo del salto triple en la disciplina del atletismo en los estudiantes de tercero de bachillerato general unificado del colegio nacional Adolfo Valarezo, del cantón y provincia de Loja, periodo académico 2013-2014

The present investigation work goes guided to know "THE METHODOLOGICAL STRATEGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRIPLE JUMP IN THE DISCIPLINE OF ATHLETICS IN THE STUDENTS OF THE THIRD OF UNIFIED GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL OF THE NATIONAL SCHOOL ADOLFO VALAREZO, OF THE CANTON AND COUNTY DE LOJA, ACADEMIC PERIOD 2013-2014.".It begins starting from the detected problematic situation marked in, their object that is given by the methodological strategies and their repercussion in the triple jump, these factors have a very significant incidence in the development of the learning of the students when developing the triple jump. The objective will be directed to Design a group of methodological strategies guided to a good development of the triple jump in the students of the third of high school". The design applied in the investigation is Pre- Experimental, it is based on the realization of an initial pre-test to check the current state of the diagnosis, later on the results of the same one gave place to the alternative proposal that in turn constitutes the contribution of the investigation that is the elaboration of the methodological strategies for the triple jump, then an it is applied search-test, to check the effectiveness of this alternative, it is necessary to outline that this design type is made with a single group, here they don't exist experimental group and of control, the study type is longitudinal for its duration. Theoretical and empiric methods were applied that guided us during the investigative process. The population is conformed by a the entirety of 29 students of the institution. The results of the carried out studies allowed to reach the following Conclusion: It is necessary the elaboration, application of an alternative that allow to improve the teaching of the triple jump through methodological exercises; In the Recommendation it is suggested that the professionals that work in the National School “Adolfo Valarezo”, consider a group of methodological exercises for the teaching of the triple jump in the students of third of unified general high school of the National School "Adolfo Valarezo". The generated alternative proposal is based on the implementation of a group of methodological exercises for the teaching of the triple jump.
