Análisis y diseño de una red MAN de alta velocidad, que soporte VOIP y brinde servicios QOS para los departamentos del Municipio de Catamayo.

This final project aims to unite MAN network by external dependencies to the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Catamayo and improve existing communication services with the implementation of a phone system based on free software such as Asterisk. For the development of this project, studies ranging from the analysis of the situation of network analysis technologies and equipment necessary for the operation of the network design MAN network configuration dial plan on was conducted Asterisk voice server, finally implementation and testing The first phase, served to understand what the current reality of the external and internal dependencies in terms of communication. Then in the second phase, a comparative analysis of software technologies for voice, standards, frequencies, protocols and codecs, soon this basis the best choice. Also the analysis of the necessary equipment (Switch, server, IP phones, and antennas) that are used to project implementation was made. In the third phase, based on the collection of information and choice of technology and appropriate hardware, we propose the new design of the internal network based on VLANs, ACLs, DHCP and Asterisk telephone exchange is implemented, once designed and it implemented the internal network, proceed to perform the MAN network design. In the fourth phase, testing the connection between the radio link GADMC Building and Central Park, function tests Asterisk server for both internal departments and external telephone calls are made.
