Yhteenveto:This research work entitled "DEVELOPMENT OF A MANUAL FUNCTIONS AND RULES OF ADMISSION AND EMPLOYMENT FOR HUMAN TALENT OF HOTEL Unihotel Loja, aims to establish the technical guidelines to be applied by the administrative part in the allocation each member functions that the company, so it is very necessary implementing regulations for admission and employment, allowing to have the right people for the jobs are there. To meet the objectives, it was necessary to use research methods such as inductive method that allowed the proper collection of information on the company, the deductive method for the analysis of information, analytical method that allowed analysis of the current situation company. The techniques used were the interview the manager, survey of 21 employees and direct observation of these techniques allowed to determine the context or environment that the company, confronting reality exists on the management of human talent and a clear and comprehensive knowledge of administrative management. Below is a brief history of the hotel company Unihotel which also exposed the macro and micro level was done. Becoming known the results of data collection techniques which provides valuable information on the functions currently meet the employees of the company and the process of admission and employment. In discussing the new mission and vision of the hotel company and the proposed new organizational structure, which in turn determines the proposed manual functions, consisting of 10 counts; after which the admission process and use that hotel Unihotel be applied by the rules of admission and employment which consists of 7 chapters and 29 articles proposed. In concluding this study it was determined that the hotel company Unihotel, no mission, vision plus the lack of manual functions and rules of admission and employment, so it is recommended to implement the manual functions so that there is equity in the tasks to be carried each subordinate company. Recommendations were also established, such as socializing manual functions and rules of admission and employment, among the staff of the company and make the distribution to each employee through a mimeographed, and finally the bibliography and appendices consist of work where They have placed the project summary and interview formats and applied survey that served as the basis for establishing the manual functions and the process of admission and employment
