| 要約: | The present research work entitled: Audiovisual educational resources for the teaching and learning of Social Studies in fourth grade, “Dr. Matilde Hidalgo de Procel” School, period 2024-2025, had as general objective: To analyze the incidence of audiovisual educational resources in the teaching and learning of Social Studies in fourth grade, Dr. Matilde Hidalgo de Procel School, period 2024-2025. For this purpose, the specific objectives were: To identify the audiovisual educational resources used by the teacher in the teaching-learning of the subject of Social Studies; To determine the audiovisual educational resources that can be implemented in the teaching-learning of the subject of Social Studies; and To propose alternative guidelines to help improve the problem posed through audiovisual educational resources in the teachinglearning of the subject of Social Studies. The research was descriptive with a mixed approach and non-experimental design. Analytical, synthetic, inductive, hermeneutic and statistical methods were used; the techniques used were the interview, observation sheet and a survey; the instruments consisted of an interview guide, structured questionnaire and observation; the population consisted of a teacher and twenty-nine students of the fourth grade, parallel “A” of the Dr. Matilde Hidalgo de Procel School, giving a population of 30 people.
