The research that is being developed has as its general objective: the elaboration of a strategic Plan for the company Distribuidora 2001 of the city of Lago Agrio; allowing a situational diagnosis of the Distributor 2001 with the development of a strategic plan to improve services and a work environment, which was achieved through the use of deductive and inductive methods, and the application of the techniques of observation, interview with the company manager, this survey was conducted to the 33 internal clients and to a sample of 396 external clients. The present investigation began with the situational diagnosis, which was possible through a meticulous study of its internal and external environment; in which critical success factors were identified, obtaining data that allowed to know the situation for which the company currently distributes 2001. In its external environment, the results obtained were added where it was determined that the total weighted value can not be greater than 4. The average weighted value is 2.53. A total weighted value greater than 2.5 indicates that the company responds well to opportunities and threats, while a weighted value less than 2.5 indicates that opportunities are not being seized and that threats can do much harm. The weighted total is 2.53, which indicates that the company is taking advantage of the opportunities and that the threats can harm it. The weighted totals were added and the weighted total of the company was obtained. Regardless of how many factors are included, the weighted total score can not be less than 1 nor more than 4. The average score is 2.5. A score below 2.5 characterizes companies that are internally weak, while a total score above 2.5 indicates that the company maintains a strong internal position. Subsequently, the SWOT Matrix was developed, where 4 strategic objectives were established, among which the following stand out: Increase a greater variety of products in order to improve the corporate image, Train the company's personnel to achieve greater efficiency, Carry out an Advertising Plan for the Distribuciones 2001 company in order to attract more customers and achieve positions in the market and create a new business philosophy. Finally, the budget required for the proposed proposal is $ 12,319.50 In view of the potential benefits provided by the correct planning, it is recommended the adoption of the strategic plan designed in the present study, which is aimed at promoting the progress of the company Distribuciones 2001. |
