It was made based on the general graduation rules and prior to obtaining the title of graduate un communication sciencies. The work is aimed at knowing the effectiveness the culturals schedules for the lojanos citizens. The main objective: analyze if the radios of the city of Loja carry out with the culturals slots of national production prepared by the organic law of communication in forced in Ecuador. We have used some methods such as specialized interviews, surveys and empirical observations. It was verified that the radios of the locality carry out with the slots prepared by the law although with differents interpretations, the programs are elaborated with culturals contents deepened that It serve for educating to the audience, this Will be more effective if the audience increase for this kind of contento. It was verified the radio stations of the location comply with the short program arranged by the law, although different interpretations, the programs are not elaborated with Deep culture contents to educate in differents areas of culture to listeners, the level of audience would increase if It is considered add to this programs information about our local culture as stated in the proposal to the investigation.
