Proceso de atención de enfermería escolar de riesgo de salud en los niños del 1er año paralelo A de la escuela Julio María Matovelle

This research paper “Process of Care nursing school violence as a risk factor for health in children of parallel 1st year “A” school “Julio María Matovelle” Macroproyecto is part of “Process of nursing care implementation school nurse to the good life”. It was established as a general objective: to implement the Nursing Care Process taxonomic interrelationship with NANDA -NIC- NOC 2012-2014 ; specific objectives , identify altered functional patterns in children parallel first year "A" school "Julio María Matovelle "the model and determine Marjory Gordon frequent pattern for each altered nursing diagnoses , applying NANDA -NIC- NOC taxonomy. A descriptive study was developed with the intervention, the total population was 498 students and the sample consisted of 26 children / as. The techniques and instruments used were interview, observation and guidance of each instrument. Model Marjory Gordon was used to assess the process of nursing care , which we obtained the altered pattern Case / Relations, specifically school violence as a risk factor in children 's first parallel year "A" basic education , making intervention of this issue in which an education plan aimed at students , parents and teachers grade was performed. The results are evident, violence in the family 65.39 %, 53.85% in school violence, family problems 46.15%; rejection of the child to physical contact 46.15%.
