“Diseño organizacional y funcional para la empresa “Electrónica Digital Jaramillo” en la ciudad de Loja”

The main objective of this research work entitled "Organizational and functional design for the company "Electrónica Digital Jaramillo "in the city of Loja" is to develop a proposal for an organic and functional structure for the company "Electrónica Digital Jaramillo" in order to improve its efficiency and also define responsibilities , for which business philosophy, welcome manuals, function manual, process manual and training workshops were prepared, detailing all the activities that workers must perform, as well as the skills and abilities that they must acquire. In order to obtain the appropriate information, a qualitative research was chosen that allows the description of the study variables based on the interview with the manager and the surveys applied to the company's personnel, there is a research- action design to perform the situational analysis and inductive, deductive, analytical- synthetic methods were used. With the information collected it was possible to verify a SWOT cross analysis in which it was verified that the company is strategically located, has diversification of products and services, but lacks a functional organic design, as well as business philosophy and administrative manuals to guide the company. Among the main results, it was evidenced that 100% of workers do not know about organization charts, process flows, immediate boss, etc.
