Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una lavadora y lubricadora de vehículos en la ciudad de Macará.

The Ecuador has been influenced by the technological advances, the globalization and other international events, and others of national character, as the corruption, the regionalism, the paralyzation, of the public services, the excessive external indebtedness and I intern the drop in the exports, the unemployment, among other aspects that have taken to the country to a deep social shock. This crisis was reflected with more impact in the years 1999 and 2000; crisis that caused the dismantlement of the financial system, and, as consequence of it the closing of many companies. Before these events the dolarización was implanted to control the hyperinflation that had caused bigger economic problems and I also eat consequence social problems. These effects of economic crisis were more notorious in the south region of the Ecuador and specifically in the canton he/she will Rot that have not only had to support the consequences of the armed conflicts between Ecuador and Peru to be border, but rather they have always been disregarded by the central powers, to what sinks the sterility of the floor and the very warm climate, what has impacted in their development and in the investment lack in emprendimiento. Also, the local managers are fearful to the failure because they don't have human resources and appropriate machinery, he/she ignores of planning and they don't use strategies to improve their yield. However of that exposed, this reality has changed substantially due to the signature of the treaty of the peace that was constituted in a fact that radically transformed the socioeconomic and managerial environment for some years; and it allowed the generation of emprendimiento opportunities, not alone for the beginning of the relationships among the two countries that facilitated the planeación and execution of bilateral projects as the Catamayo - Chira, but for the amplification of the markets, the construction of new communication roads and the emergence of commercial relationships among venturesome of the two countries; this has allowed that they are believed a great quantity of companies, specially commercial as: Warehouses of appliances, of clothes, of shoes, of inputs, of stationery, of provisions, of reserves, etc. Po what is considered outstanding the purpose of entering to the market with a company that offers the laundry services and lubrication of vehicles (small trucks, cars, vans) in the city of he/she will Rot using teams with advanced technology; this, because the sector is forced step of a great quantity of vehicles, and they also exist cooperative of transport that they possess a considerable quantity of units, potential clients of the company. For the development of the present work, in first term he/she was carried out a Bibliographical Revision about basic concepts related with the elaboration of projects of feasibility. In Materials and Methods, reference is made to the different methods and techniques used for the construction of the present investigative work. Later on he/she was carried out the tabulation and interpretation of the Results obtained in the surveys applied the plaintiffs as well as to the potential offerers of this type of service, what allowed to continue with the advance of the investigation and to arrive to the Discussion of the Results where through the formulation of the Study of Market the demand the same one was determined that gave a total of 3258 plaintiffs as a result a year, the potential demand is of 3708,50, the real demand is of 3549,41, the effective demand is of 3451, the offer of the year zero is of 8016 and the unsatisfied demand is of 29945, with these results they thought about several commercialization strategies focused to the marketing mix (product, price, square and promotion). next he/she was carried out the Technical Study where was the thematic of the size and localization of the company, with the purpose of determining the installed capacity and used, as well as the best location in this company. Of equal it forms, in the Engineering of the Project relative questions are focused to the preliminary technical investigations and the special problems of the engineering that he/she thinks about, it also includes the process of benefit of the service. In the Organizational Study of the company their functional organic structure was determined, this is the legal and organizational base, the flowcharts were also built, structural and functional, of the company. Regarding the Financial Study, he/she was carried out the calculation of the necessary resources that you/they are required for the installation and operation of the company and it was determined the financing sources; he/she was also carried out the calculation of the total investment, the total costs, the unitary cost and the revenues for benefit of the service that you/they are supported in the respective budgets, indispensable elements to carry out the Financial Evaluation in which the viability of the project was verified with through financial indicators as: Net Current value (they GO) of 121.056,15 dollars, it Appraises it Interns of Return (TIR) of 47,80%, Relationship Benefits Cost (B/C) of 1,30, Period of Recovery of Capital (PRC) of 2 years, 1 month and 30 days and the Analysis of Sensibility that it indicates that it supports an increment of 14,90% of the costs and a decrease of 11,45% in the revenues, what demonstrates that the project is feasible of being carried out therefore is convenient its execution. It is expected that the present study of feasibility constitutes a contribution to the investors of the town, but mainly to the managers that can find in this project, a viable alternative for its development, so much in the environment of the competitiveness, like in the generation of more revenues and utilities.
