For which it will work in an organized manner in the implementation of this project. To perform this research work focused directly to 373 families in the urban area of the city of Loja sample representing this project, which after applying surveys served as the basis for whether the project is feasible. Through market research and survey application was evident existing demands, analyze the competition and establish market strategies to use for project implementation. With regard to the technical study served to publicize human, material and technological resources that will be of vital importance for the functioning of the day care center; as well as the installed capacity of the project and used, just as the location of it to be found in the citadel of "Electricians Stage 3" of the city of Loja. The organizational study determined the appropriate organizational and functional structure to the day center, plus an organizational analysis in order to define the duties and functions of each employee of the center was 5 made; and further analyze legal aspects of the establishment of the center will be a limited company and will have a number of 5 partners for its constitution. Through the financial study it was determined the initial investment to start the day center will be $ 451.704,88, plus income is $ 450,000.00 and expenditures of $ 340.216,44 was detailed; thereby obtaining a gain of $ 108.756,24, as well as the NPV is $ 185.060,70 that the TIR found in 24,56%, which is the RBC of 1,55; the PRC which will in 3 years, cash flow, breakeven point, profit and loss, cost structures and finally the sensitivity analysis allowed us to determine that the project is feasible. |
