Summary:Stressing the importance of productive activity in the city of Loja and the need to have a clothing manufacturer and marketer of ball gowns, with their implications and positive impacts, it proceeded to consider the feasibility of implementing a "company gowns ", from an industrial point of view. The project stems from the unmet demand for the city of Loja, prior to a market study and analysis. Preparation of a feasibility project for the implementation of a company manufacture and marketing of ball gowns in the city of Loja and specific objectives: bringing the following overall objective is proposed to develop a market study it in order to establish demand, the supply of ball gowns in the city of Loja. Conduct technical study to determine the size, location and project engineering. Establishing the organizational and administrative structure required by the company considering the legal aspects that fit the type of company. Establish a financial study, financing sources and design financial evaluation of the project considering the financial indicators to see if the project is feasible or not to be executed. Methods and research techniques used were the method, the inductive method, deductive method, descriptive method, as techniques direct observation was used, the survey was applied to the female population being 15 to 64 of the city of Loja to a sample 382 people were tabulate results graphed and interpreted, similarly applied to surveys supply 28 commercial products of this kind of data that allowed reaching establish the corresponding conclusions and recommendations. Through market research it showed that there is an effective demand of 23,568 gowns, maintaining market supply of 9,854 gowns demonstrating that there is an unmet demand in the city of Loja of ball gowns 13,714 a year. With the market study some marketing techniques focused on marketing mix were established, the 4 p's (product, price, place and promotion) that will allow the future company to position itself in the market town of Loja.
