| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | This Thesis of Business Administration has been developed in the canton Huaquillas aims to design a business plan for marketing the production of horchata (bottled), and demonstrate its economic viability, in order to offer a quality product meets the needs of citizens. For the implementation of this project the specific objectives that will help them to perform each of the relevant studies were raised, the demand was also determined in the canton. In the study of the following detailed market: market segmentation, analysis of the demands bearing potential claimants of the product are 18,268 people who are part of the PEA of the Canton, while 15,711 people are real plaintiffs and plaintiffs 13,826 people are effective. Consecutively technical study was conducted by analyzing the installed capacity and used them are 1900800 and 422,400 liters annually in order, the macro and micro location, production process and plant layout requirements. The methodology is based on conventional methods such as the historical, inductive and deductive same method that will get all the information required by the project helping with techniques such as surveys, interviews and literature review, giving them the necessary guidelines to learn both Consumer and competition. Then study the same organizational containing the minutes of constitution was made, legislative, executive and operational levels, consultant, support assistant, was established, and then make different organizational and operating manuals. In the financial analysis the investment is $ 45,710.26 for 6 the first year, the roles of payment, financing it which will take place through own and foreign capital with amounts of $ 25,141 and $ 20,570 US dollars respectively detailed, we also have the cost estimates, the retail price as for the first year is $ 0.40 per liter of horchata, sales revenues are for the first year of $ 168,726.18; the point of balance regarding sales for the first year is $ 71,833 and in terms of installed capacity is 43%, the financial statements and cash flow; lastly the financial evaluation was carried out through different indicators such as net present value (NPV) that is $ 128,531 in the first year, Recovery Period Capital (PRC), which tells us that the investment will pay off in 4 years 3 months and 18 days, internal rate of return is 91.7%, Benefit Cost Ratio which indicates that the gain is $ 0.32 for every dollar invested and Sensitivity Analysis with increased costs corresponding to 21.44% and decrease in revenues corresponding to 14.16%. Finally, the conclusions that were reached, among which we have shown: that the initial investment is $ 45,710, the total sales revenue for the first year amounted to a value of $ 168,726.18, among others; We followed the recommendations are assessed criteria that will improve the efficiency of the company, the literature in which the different literature sources are shown and Annexes in the survey of the market research shows is detailed as well as justification and objectives and finally the Index that will ease document management. |
