“La Incidencia de la Política de Seguridad Ciudadana a partir de la Implementación del proyecto Alarmas Comunitarias en las Parroquias Urbanas de la ciudad de Loja periodo 2015”

This thesis, entitled "THE IMPACT OF CITIZEN SECURITY POLICY FROM THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMMUNITY ALARMS PROJECT IN THE URBAN PARISHES OF THE CITY OF LOJA PERIODO 2015" was carried out in compliance with Academic Regime of the National University of Loja and The guidelines for the presentation of the final thesis report of the Public Administration Career. The purpose of the research work is to determine the impact that the Security Policy has had through the implementation of the Community Alarms Project in the neighborhoods benefited and to establish if there has been a decrease in crime for which it is based on the specific objectives Which are: characterize the Community Alarms project as part of the security policy, as well as to know the perception of the beneficiary families of the project implementation, finally determine the benefits that has generated the installation of Community Alarms in the sense of security in the Neighborhoods: Las Peñas, San Rafael, San Vicente and the citadels: Ciudad Victoria, Shushuguayco, El Maestro I Etapa, The Electrician, UNE and El Chofer La Banda, already implemented. For this, through the surveys and interviews framed in security, establishes the incidence of public policy Community Alarms. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the results obtained are established.
