Ամփոփում:Strategic planning today is considered one of the most important tools that organizations can project in time and achieving compliance with their long-term goals by leveraging their ability to influence the environment and assimilate to create opportunities environment for the benefit of these. However Strategic Planning is not an end in itself, rather it is the means of focusing efforts on a framework with-census, which encourages all members of the organization to lead the company to success, be competitive, and innovative to reach a position in the market. With strategic planning is to somehow adopt viable alternative solution to the many shortcomings of the company, minimizing threats, strengthening weaknesses and potentiate both the strengths and opportunities, enabling the effective and efficient achievement of its business goals and objectives, aimed to strengthen many areas, thus improving the image and progress of entities. This plan aims to carry out strategic planning for SELF TO STEP under study, in order to achieve better business development activities and achieving good results. In the research work consists, Executive Summary and Introduction, the same as they try to present an overview of the document content and the importance of having undertaken the problems identified. Then continue with the topic and later with the Literature Review, contents of great importance that enabled the progress of this work. Moreover in the methodology used, the scientific method that allowed the theoretical and conceptual, for the basics of business philosophy, strategic planning, SWOT and Competitive Profile Matrix, Pest, 5 Forces Porter among others, the same who helped guide the development of the thesis, we also use inductive and deductive method allowed deduce the conclusions and recommendations for the Self. It also managed techniques, including direct observation, interviewing the manager, surveyed the 10 employees who helped determine the internal and external problems that have the Self and Families of Canton fully Catamayo that 366 surveys were performed. The data are grouped into details and percentages with the respective statistical graph representing numerical information obtained and that develop an analysis and interpretation of each table. After this was done the presentation and discussion of results which was the starting point for the proposal that has the same Mission, Vision, Values and Principles. Throughout the proposed Strategic Plan is intended that the company has a clear view of the situation in which it is to provide excellent service in the sale of products to customers and make a proposal to allow the company to develop its activities in an efficient and competitive with other supermarkets of the same kind. The strategic objectives are aimed to improve the functioning of the Self and thus attract more customers and financial resources. Below are the following: Conduct an organizational structure that is efficient for your organization, develop a manual and an Internal functions. Establish agreements with public and private entities to achieve greater acceptance of products offered in the Self. Increased promotion and advertising to improve over the competition. Increase sales and service through training and motivation techniques and updated methods. Acquire new equipment to better face the competition. These strategic objectives are proposed in order to increase innovation, productivity, performance and attitude of employees and social responsibility of those who make the Self By Step. Finally, it presents the conclusions and recommendations reached at the end of this work themselves, which will constitute a fundamental contribution to the Self Service Step. Then conclude with the literature, where the authors cite that helped in the development of the issues contained in this work, and the annexes which are the means by which the information was necessary for the development of this work. The budget for this Strategic Plan includes a value equal to $ $ 6,826.25, value stocks to invest in today.
