| Summary: | This research work was conducted in the province of Loja, having as main objective the feasibility study for the creation of a production company hydrating beverages and marketing in the geographical area. For this we use several methods such as scientific, analytical, deductive and inductive techniques such as direct observation, interview and survey them that allowed us to collect relevant information for this project. And can perform market research in which we apply basically the survey of 400 people between 5 and 64 years in the province of Loja and surveys 369 businesses that sell sports drinks, and demonstrate that there is an effective demand for 19,190.645 units Moisturizer Beverages, on the supply side we have the amount of 15,708,950 units for the first year, which is not enough because there is an unmet demand for 3,481,695. Within the technical study we were able to calculate the installed capacity will be 720,000 bottles of 500 ml of sports drinks and capacity utilization of 360,000 units for the first year. It was also possible to determine the macro and micro localization of the company, as we note that in the market there is the availability of raw materials, ease of access for consumers, ease of transportation, utilities, infrastructure, among others, so the location determined more pro will be in the province of Loja, Canton and City of the same name, north sector, December 8th Av. In the organizational study determined the constitution of the company, which will have the same business name HIDRAVITA CIA. LTDA. and will be of limited liability , the staff working on the administrative side will be a General Manager , a Secretary - contour, a Seller and the operational side will have three Workers, the same to be identified in the structural and functional organization and also receive the Functions manual . The financial study allowed us to determine that the implementation of the company is advisable. As the total investment for this project is $ 149.759,30 to be financed with a 47% contribution from shareholders and 53% with a loan at the bank of Loja, in addition to the first year costs will be $ 205.608,25, the revenue reached $ 287.851,55, reaching about a net profit of $ 49.808,60. The economic assessment of $ 133.992,41 NPV was determined, was also obtained an IRR of 25,53 % well above the 11.83% interest bank loan, plus investment recovered in 3 years, 10 months and 15 days, likewise found a Short - Benefit Ratio of 1.32 and finally decided that the project would support up to a 11,23 % increase in costs and a decline to 8,6% of revenues. Finally using each method and technique could perform the above studies favorable results in each of them allowing us to conclude that the company producing sports drinks with orange for the province of Loja is feasible to implement and has a promising future. |
